Get Rid of Unwanted Balloon Tips
Open up the Registry Editor and expand the tree to display the following key:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AdvanceThen, created a new DWORD value named EnableBalloonTips and set it to 0×00000000.
